Every week, Apollo users gain enough extra sleep for an entire transatlantic flight.
A new peer-reviewed study found Apollo users gained an average of 46 more minutes of sleep a night, on top of what they'd normally get. Over a week, that's more than 5 extra hours, close to a nonstop flight from New York to Reykjavik.
Not replaced sleep. Added sleep.
