A new peer-reviewed study found Apollo users gained an average of 46 more minutes of sleep a night. The study analyzed 474,852 nights of sleep data, led by Dr. David Rabin and Dr. Michael Breus @TheSleepDoctor, measured using @oura_ring.
People sleeping under 6 hours a night saw the biggest jump: 77% less likely to have a short sleep night, with REM sleep increasing and deep sleep preserved.
