Better sleep usually comes with a long list of things to do. But we’re here to tell you, that list could disappear with one small change.
Dr. David Rabin, Apollo’s Chief Medical Officer, joined @Drmariza to discuss new sleep research on Apollo.
In the study, participants used Apollo for 3 hours a night and saw an average of 46 more minutes of sleep, along with increases in REM and preserved deep sleep.
What’s cool about this is that with Apollo, you aren’t adding another step to your nighttime routing. All you have to do is wear it. Its gentle, touch-based vibrations are designed to help your nervous system shift toward rest, and using AI technology, it can even lull you back to sleep when you begin to wake up in the middle of the night
