What could you do with 46 extra minutes of sleep tonight?
Wake up feeling more like yourself.
Have more patience with your kids.
Get through the workday without running on empty.
Or simply have a little more energy for the life you actually want to live.
That’s what makes the results of our newly published sleep study so interesting.
Dr. David Rabin shares findings from 474,852 nights of @oura_ringdata from 935 Apollo and Oura users over three years.
Among people who routinely slept less than six hours, using the Apollo wearable for at least three hours overnight was associated with an average of 46 additional minutes of sleep per night.
Watch Dr. Dave explain the science behind the findings on @reclaimshowwith Destinee Berman.
